This website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data center in Germany.

Cloudflare

Traffic to this website passes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare delivers the site quickly and encrypted and protects it against attacks. To do so it processes technical connection data such as IP address, requested address, time and browser identification. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely and quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.

Server log files

Each time this website is accessed, our web server automatically stores the following data in log files:

• IP address
• Date and time of access
• Requested page or file
• HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
• Referrer (the previously visited page), if sent by the browser
• Browser identification (user agent)

This data is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and analyze errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after 15 days at the latest.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store your company name, website, email address, chosen language, the page you signed up on and the time. We use these details only to contact you personally when XEO opens and to talk with you about a possible engagement. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).

The details are stored in a database on our server in Germany. An email notifies us of each new signup; we send it through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as our processor. Resend is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. Resend keeps a sending log for a limited time. The email arrives in our mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

We delete your signup once it is no longer needed for this purpose, and at the latest 24 months after you signed up if no contract follows. An email to us is enough: we then delete the signup from the database and the notification from our mailbox. We do not send a newsletter.

Contact by email

If you email [email protected], Cloudflare (see above) forwards your message to our mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Cookies, analytics and third-party content

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not embed third-party content; fonts are loaded from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
